How to Format/Re-install Windows 8 Without DVD

Windows 8 new feature, format the computer to factory default without using any DVD.
Reset the windows 8.

1. Go to the Charm Bar, choose Settings.

2. Go to Change PC settings.

3. Go to General tab then pick one Format Option.

[Refresh your PC without affecting your files] > Format your PC system and installed apps will be removed, only your data like pictures, videos, music, and any note or setup will stay.

[Remove everything and reinstall Windows] > Completely removes everything on your Windows and reinstall back Windows 8 to factory default settings.
