2. Go either two option Keyboard or Mouse.
3. Tick Prevent Windows from Being Automatically Arranged When Move to Edge Screen. You're Done.

Prevent your Windows 7 from automatically arranged your windows when move to edge of the screen computer.
1. Go to Ease of Access Center (search in Start Menu)
2. Go either two option Keyboard or Mouse.
3. Tick Prevent Windows from Being Automatically Arranged When Move to Edge Screen. You're Done.
