Turn on or Turn off your windows 8 fast startup. Why turn off? Good question, the reason of hibernating can cause your PC ran into a small problem but rarely happen. It's up to you.
a) To turn off the Fast Startup, type in " powercfg -h off " (enter)
b) To turn on back Fast Startup, type in " powercfg -h on " (enter)
