HyperTerminal is known to configure devices (Cisco and more) like PuTTY but only available in Windows XP while Windows 7 it had been removed. So this is rip off directly from Windows XP so that you (Windows 7 Users) can use the Hyper Terminal like the good old days.
1. Download HyperTerminal :- (Size : 144 KB)
2. Extract the file you download, double click Hyper Terminal folder, then double click on hypertrm.exe.
3. For first time use, this will appear. Fill the City Code and click OK.

4. Phone and Modem. Just click OK. (Just for information)

5. So now you can run HyperTerminal. Name your connection and click OK.
